This remodel/addition allowed the owners to continue to live in the neighborhood that they love as well as utilize their home to it’s full potential.  The new kitchen offers a more functional work space with modern materials, ample storage, and natural light.  Included are multiple islands and sinks to create separate work areas.  Great care was taken to allow full views through the new space, allowing cooks enough room without impeding traffic flow throughout the adjacent spaces.  The sunken dining area leads out to an inviting patio with a fire pit and water feature, the adjacency of these two spaces as well as the use of extensive glazing adds to the connection of indoor and outdoor living.
